Methods taking place and how they relate the human rights
Major John Bonnet, Second Officer of the border guard region VI, will explain the mission of the « Airline Liaison Officers » (ALOs).
Mrs Carolina RAMÍREZ-TABORDA Global Director, Aviation Security and Facilitation, International Air Transport Association (IATA), will address issues involving airlines and migratory flows
Mr Markus JAEGER, Head of the Migration Co-ordination (DGII-HRA) Division of the Council of Europe, will inform the audience about the procedures taking place in the airports to deal with the asylum seekers.
Mrs Anja KLUG, Senior Policy Officer (UNHCR in Switzerland) will present the official position of the HCR and speak on the topic: « Extraterritorial immigration control measures– an area outside international law? »

Limits of said assistance
Mr Nicola GRAVIANO, Head Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) Unit at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and M. Bawele TCHALIM, Programme officer OIM Bern, will present the case of Switzerland assistance to voluntary returns and reintegrations.
His speech will be followed by M. Jean-Yves GROSSE’s, Président d’Aviation Sans Frontières, (partenaire de l’OIM), testimonial on assisted returns made at the request of the OIM.

Reverend Mussie ZERAÏ, Head and founder of the AHCS Habeshia (The Agency for Cooperation and Development), will give a testimonial of his experiences and will describe the interventions of the Agency.
Mr Michel OTTET, will report that EXODUS Dignity addresses the issue concerning the following-up on-site of returned people and will develop on the results of the running test that consists on a prepaid response envelop.
